Its possible to smoke ANYTHING in a pipe, if grinded/cut up (and sometimes added to tobacco) but is it an especially good idea to smoke ANYTHING? nope...

I suspect that would be pretty nasty, especially given the binders, dyes etc. they mix with it. Definitely not recommended, and somehow I don't think this is something your doctor would approve of...

I think the bigger question is WHY are you asking this question. Are you a recovering addict? This type of question usually comes from a drug abuser, is that your problem?

When I was first given these types of drugs, I thought they were legal forms of illegal drugs. I would break a prozac and see all the white powder and think its cocain, so I tried sniffing it, nothing happened, put a bad feeling in my nose. I guess when taking these drugs, the effect on the body was mildly like some form off illegal drug. I don't think they work any other way but eating them.

no you cant in a pipe it doesent smoke well kinda of a waste. Now, on foil (freebase) it will burn the sh*t up......nasty smell bad cough no kinda of buzz. Up the ole nostrils I swear if I dont I will feel like I have no personality. No social skills, not good for us sales people. So if you take it orally and it works by God do it that way, but the only way is 2 20MGs up the pipes!!!I swear my doctor wont put on the script, take by nose......just keep it to yourself.....So play it right I get 120 20MGs ADDS month...now since the ADDS "looses effect so He writes me 120 20MGs of Ritalin....not as good but the change during each month is good...good luck

HOW 2 DO IT
(1)Do so by moistening the adderall powder with drops of tap water untill it becomes a slightly watery paste on a plate. (2) mix well with the dry plant material by soaking up all the adderall/paste/water while continually breaking the mixture down with your fingers. (3) Now take this damp plant material and allow to dry. (4) Take your dry plant material (usually a pinch over a gram in weight if u laced it with 1-2 30mg tabs) Now you smoke it like a fat joint and hold it in as long as u can and you are high as hell once it's roached.... The bigger the hits the longer u hold em in the higher u get... Torches and bongs work 2 good.. Same with a torch lighter and a bowl...

i doubt smoking adderall is good for any type of recovering. This post should be put on like bluelight or something.
