CRF antagonists - whats the in the pipeline?

Posted by olysi79 on September 21, 2007, at 10:55:55

ASnyone know the future of the CRF antagonists? I am very interested in the role that cortisol plays in depression and anxiety, and these seem like a very interesting possibility.
Also, does anyone know if RU 486 is completely dead in treatment for depression? Any updates on any of this???
