I personally prefer the ones you inflate yourself. Despite my wish not to mention the E-word, I will say that you can get good deals on these, which are sometimes harder to find, on Ebay. Just make sure the seller has either 99.9 or 100% positive feedback before you buy, and ask a few questions. And check the shipping charges-- sometimes they're exorbitant.

Me too in my experience they the inflated cuffs are much more accurate. Need a cheap stehescope too. And someone to listen for you. But you just listen when deflating for the first sound this is systolic and last sound diastolic . Seriously much more accurate. Love Phillipa
