Could you please answer my questions about vits/mins for benzo withdrawal posted on 2/21. It's the one above the one I sent to you, I accidently sent it to myself...when I have severe insomia a do a lot of spacey things :) Thanks Blueberry, I trust your opinion very much. Take care.

I couldn't find the post???

What were the questions? I'm certainly no expert but would be happy to share my thoughts and experiences.

Sorry, it's in Alternative under: Vitamins/minerals for benzo withdrawal.

Also what Natural product(s) do you recommend for chronic pain? I was in a bad car wreck many years ago and have neck (discs) and lower back (sciatica) probs. A week ago I started a liquid formula of Glucosamine w/ Chondroitin and MSM by Symtec...Gluc- 2000 mgs, Chond- 1200 mgs, and MSM 500 mgs. Haven't noticed anything yet-too early I'm sure. Anyway, tired of taking so much Tylenol and Ibup. Hey, any suggestions will be much appreciated. How are you doing? I can't believe how well I'm doing on Parnate! Feels great for a big change. Went to my Pdoc yesterday and he said to keep reducing the Ativan by 1/2 mg per week. I'm currently still on 5 1/2 mgs daily-but I used to take a lot more. Best wishes and hope you are doing well.

That's awesome the parnate is doing something for you. Pretty cool news.

The B vitamins...yeah, the 50complex or the 100complex are fine. I mean, I take lots of vitamins but I can't say they ever help in any noticeable way, other than maybe preventing something from happening that I'll never know would have happened. That's fine.

Natural pain relief. The only one that comes to mind is dl-phenylalanine, but it is dangerous to take that with parnate. You might do a search on herbs pain and see what comes up. But even then you are in uncharted waters mixing something with parnate.

Personally I would just stay on the plan you have going and not rock the boat. If at any time the benzo decrease seems too much or too rushed, just slow it down a bit and be patient.

Parnate. Awesome news.

Thanks BBerry, I respect your advice. Hope you are doing well. Just one more question is it okay to add for example, B 12, folic acid, niacinimide, B 6 , to my existing regimine of 50 mgs of all the b's-or can this cause a depletion of some of the B's. You know what I mean? Appreciate your advice. Take care.

Ty
