anybody else taking Lexapro and Anafranil (clomipramine) at the same time?
i'm on Lexapro 40mg and Anafranil 25mg, is this amount safe to take together? i'm worried about that serotonin syndrome

Hi
I would be worried too! Both are potent SRIs (despite being a tricyclic, clomipramine's main action is serotonin reuptake inhibition). Who chose this combo? Is it helping? Just watch the dose, please.

I couldn't even tolerate 5mg of lexapro. Did you taper up? Fondly, Phillipa
