Can you change over time through experience

Posted by rjlockhart98 on September 29, 2005, at 21:25:10

Having high stress levels, at times, increase cortisol, adrenaline.

Through having going through life and evolving, does nuerons change? and do SSRI's and stimualnts prevent this.

I dont know really what to post, i am changing, having to go through life and I feel i am running on anxiety.

I am grown, switching jobs finding a job, some buisness executive assistant. I dont know where to go. I look at life now as new point.

Who am I? all these new questions have came. What do i do?

I am confused. Someone give me the cheat sheet.

first of all, if the truth be told, the majority of us are still confused, regardless of age. i have yet to still find a person, even those in their 50s, who really know what they want to do as a career or are happy at their job.

can people change? yes, here is the good news. perhaps you will see it with someone you know. whenever i get hopeless, i am referred to the Bible, which is a BOOK of CHANGE. some of the most anxious, depressed, low self-esteem are transformed radically.

i empathize with you. i want to figure out the rest of my life at this exact moment. i want total control. and when i dont get my way, i get frustrated and worriesome. you really just have to focus on making it through today. take baby steps, and over time, things will get better. if you are at the bottom, the only direction you can go is up.

one last thing: just based on reading your posts over the last few weeks, you really need to find someone unbiased that you can talk with, i find that sometimes talking out what's on my mind gives me more relief than any pill.

My piano teacher loves his live and his job. There are many people out there who do love their jobs and their lives, but it is hard to willingly get to that place.

Link, believe it or not. The best years of my life were going to nursing school, going through a divorce, having Aerobic Dance Program of my own. My anxiety levels were down so I only required a small dose of valium as needed. And I didn't drink any alchohol. I just wanted to succeed. And my problems began the day my pdoc put me on Disability. All because my thyroid TSH climbe to 22 and the anxiety was so high. They put me in the hospital for the first time not knowing it was my thyroid. The happiest I've been in my life was working as an RN sucha stressful job. But one I did very well. Fondly, Phillipa
