for a variety of very stressful life situations (that will resolve hopefully in two months) i find myself taking this particular "cocktail" anybody see anything that makes them think it's unwise?
wellbutrin main drug for years. no change.
klonopin added. .5mg in the morning. sometimes in the afternoon. if particularly bad day also at night. so, up to three times a day, but at least once in the morning is necessary.
xanax. used for panic. often at night. usually haven't had a klonopin for 4-5 hours previously.
find klonopin to just level me out perfectly. but for panic, it doesn't work fast enough or deal with it. for panic, i need xanax.
so my question... anybody see any problem with me using both? my pdoc, who is pretty progressive, said it should be fine and that he would battle the insurance companies when they looked at me funny when i tried to fill both prescriptions.

Once I had a pdoc who had me on both klonopin and xanax. I had to go to the hospital. They'd just discovered I had lyme's disease that was old and had been untreated. The pharmacy had a fit about me taking two benzos but my doc talked them into it. Fondly, Phillipa

how did you dose it, if you don't mind me asking? i'm still trying to figure it out.
i know for sure one klonopin in the morning sometime is necessary, and one in the afternoon, but i can get panic and xanax is so better for that esp at night.
how did you use yours?
