I am recording this in the hope that it will help other social anxiety suffers
I find a combination of Phenibut and Pregabalin helps my social anxiety.
I actually want to ring people and talk, the downside is that I feel a bit strange and jittery. Its not as effective as GHB, but it does help.

Phenibut sure is interesting. I take about five grams and in about three hours I really feel the effects (I'm 220lbs). I feel genuinely calm and happy to a certain extent. I have very strange dreams and I feel extremely lazy the next day. It is very similar to GHB but not as intense or disinhibiting. If this substance could be used on an ongoing basis it would be an excellent antidepressant; however, tolerance is supposed to build up quickly.

Unfortunatly the initial euphoric response soon fades, unlike GHB tolerance builds up very quickly, sigh

>What about trying a strategy of using phenibut only on occasion, say once or twice a week? It's obviously not as desirable as having relief all the time, but as an interim measure till you find something more effective, it seems it could be better than not using it at all. That is presuming it doesn't poop out just as quickly this way as it does using it daily.

>I myself have found pretty much the same things you guys have found. It is a great antidepressant, but with continued use it becomes less effective and quite frankly makes me feel lazy and tired. I would like to cut down to maybe once a week or so. As an interesting side-note, I would highly recommend no one try a phenibut-amphetamine combo. I had thought this would be the ultimate social enhancer and found that I was very, very wrong. For some unknown reason, this caused a paranoid-spaced out feeling that was anything but social. I think phenibut can be very effective if used with caution but not very good if used carelessly.
