Good Luck, Ace The Nardil Champ! Soon you'll be back to feeling even better than you ever did before. Sometimes you have to take a step back before you can take two steps forward. I hope you won't become depressed though. Maybe you won't. I'll pray for you. Fondly, Phillipa

Ace,
Will you increase the dose again if you become depressed while you're decreasing?

Good luck Ace!
Perhapse you should add a bit of Ultram as your dose decreases, since you said you responded well to that in the past.

No. I'll probably use Tramadol PRN or increase Xanax to higher levels. I have to get off Nardil for my tooth operation, and to regain it's magic....Thanks heaps mate!

BUT, I'm not sure that Tramadol works so well becuase of the interactions of all my drugs or just it's inherent effect. I suspect it works great alone, as I have seen many stories on it's great use for depression, anxiety, OCD etc as a monotherapy drug.
Thanks heaps!!! You take Care!!

Prayer is a powerful thing. Be assured you've got mine. Try to eat healthy and drink lots of good water if you can motivate to do so. Lots of nourishing sleep. It helps make the med merry-go-round easier on the system.
Depression is like not being able to rub two synapses together, so take it easy, be real patient with yourself while you're adjusting. It's hard to remeber in the midst of a difficult time, but all this is really just a movie anyway, stuff we plant for our growth. Try to sit back, observe, and trust there's a reason for what's going on (yeah, right, trust ain't so easy when you're depressed). Write about it for your memoirs. You can also ask Life to slow things down, like you don't need to grow quite so fast.
I haven't been on Nardil (hear it's very good) but been on all the other meds you mentioned plus many more. If you need anything more, just ask. - BarbaraCat
