ok let me tell ya whats going on with me first i have a reall problem with daytime sleepiness and then some panic attacks and to top it off at night i can not sleep at all, so this is what the doc has givin me, i take ritalin 10 mg 3 time a day and then i take adivan 1 mg 3 time a day and then at night i take ambien 10 mg to sleep, i know these are very diffrent meds is it ok to take the ups and downs like this? i do seem to be feeling better but worred that maybe i should be having all this diffrent stuff in my system at once please help.

I have been worrying the same thing lately, like "why can't I just make it without all this stuff?" But when I look at how far they have gotten me from where I was, especially the adderall, I am very thankful that I have these tools at my disposal. Without them I would likely not have my diploma nor be a dedicated college student. However, I think the stims can amplify anxiety and depression from time to time, so if the ativan and the ambien counteract that I say why not take them! Unless they are creating another subset of undesirable symptoms I would just assume not worry about it! Good luck! Matt
