Obsessive question of the day:
Do the fumes you might inhale while filling up your tank at the gas station -- I accidentally took a big ol' wiff of fumes while standing and fueling -- cause any neurological damage?
[The obvious neurological damage is my obsessiveness over this.]

Yeah, I get this one. Infact I hold my breath when cars pass by. But I have come to think the brain is fairly resiliant against these small insults. I could be wrong though !!

Yeah, well, luckily I had a psychiatrist appointment today, and in response to this obsessiveness (despite the fact that, mostly, I've been doing MUCH better), he's upped my Celexa to 80 mg, and my Lamictal to 200 mg. I take both in the morning. I hope this will be enough to put me fully on the path to recovery!
