I take Lexapro 10mg in the morning. I am on my 9th week. I have noticed that in the evening I have some pain/pressure behind my left eye. Anyone has experience this?
Regards.

Hi MGOLDW, I'm only starting my fifth week on Lexapro (10mg) so I'm probably not much use to you but I do feel periods of pressure on both my eyes. I keep having to push them wide open, I hope it doesent lead to pain like you. It usualy comes along with a fizzy feeling in my brain, anxiety, rapid thoughts and me having to tence my stomach and strech uncomfortably hard for ages, then I get jittery shivers down my body, I hate it. It goes away when I take my bromazepam.
Sorry I can't be of any help, just giving my experience. Take care.

I had sevre SE's on the first 3 weeks, you name it, I had it. I seems to me that you are still dealing with SE's that should eventually subside.
Now I only have mild anxiety in the mornings, but I have been able to cope with out Xanax.
Good Luck!
