This is another trick i have up my sleeves!!!
Apart from food cravings and sedation would seroquel + Zyprexa (both at low dosages) be safe???

BTW, no comments on diabetes too please!!!
It is EXTREMELY rare and one has to have a specific genotype to get it (and its much more complex than simple Mendelian genetics!!)
And yes, tegretol is still in my anti-OCD arsenal!!!

Do you mean is it effective...or by safe do you mean a drug interaction?
I have combined zoloft and zyprexa which should be really similar and it worked well with the exception of weight gain and sexual side effects. If you are worried about interactions Ask your pdoc of or if you want to know right now call a pharmacy and tell them your OB/GYN prescribed Seroquel and you forgot to tell him you were taking zyprexa and is this OK. I call pharamcies all the time with drug questions.

my doc switched from zyprexa to seroquel, noticed nothing serious, i hope it helps....
