Supplements for withdrawal?

Posted by doxielover on April 20, 2004, at 17:04:36

I was on Luvox for 4 years, and then switched to prozac in order to get me off of the luvox. I'm weaning myself off of the prozac, and still having some withdrawal symptoms. I'm down to 10mg every 4-5 days.

I just started exercising in order to help with the withdrawal, and to get the meds out of my system. I also started doing yoga at night. Are there any supplements that will help as well? What have people had luck with?

I would like to go from 10mg to nothing, hoping that the exercising will help me through. I might end up having to cut down to 5mg with the liquid preparation. We'll see what works.

I heard that 7000mg of vitamin C a day eliminated the pain of benzo (valium, xanax..ect) withdrawel. Might as well try this since its good for you anyway.
