Prescribing info. for Strattera says to start at 40mg/day for children weighing >70Kg (154 lbs.).
For children 70 Kg and less: start at .5mg/2.2lbs and increase after a minimum of 3 days to a target total daily dose of approx. 1.2mg/2.2 lbs.
Sounds like your daughter is getting a higher than recommended starting dose. May be ok. I don't know.
