I have now Titled my official medications as Oregon Rocket Fuel. Today is the best Ive felt since September,,, what a huge relief this is
I added SAM-e to my medications and immediately felt a huge weight diminish. Then Im adding Inositol to help augement my Paxil CR for OCD. There are several studies that used Inositol in Israel for OCD and found some great results.
Im hoping by months end to be a cheerful, non depressed manCurrent Regime is
*Paxil Cr 18 mgs
*Zyprexa 2.5 mgs
*Abilify 15 mgs
*Inositol about 10 grams
*SAM-e 400 mgs
Heavy WEightlifting 3 times a week
I actually am prefering the SAM-e over the Paxil right now. YOu can feel a happy feeling from the SAM-e as opposed to a rather lack of emotion on the Paxil CR.. Im thinking they are working together to help my remission
Boy this hasnt been easy!!

Oh beleive me, I think it is fully possible to have a responce better than pharmacudicals could ever provide. The only think restricting it is cost.
For instance. If I had the money, I would start using standardized turmeric extract, a potent MAO-A inhibitor. (shown to be superior to fluoxetine in forced swim test etc)
To this I would add fish oil, Inositol, and SAMe.
It really pisses my off sometimes, when I know that the better treatment options are unavailable to the average patient.Tuermeric extract not only has robust neuroprotective properties, It is also has antinflamitory, life extending properties.

They don't..they make 12.5mg and a 25mg.... Im assuming that missinglynx takes one 12.5mg CR and a half of another 12.5mg CR...but by splitting it in half, it is no longer a controlled release drug.

...sorry, it comes in 37.5 CR also
