michael, ive tried practically everything out there for anxiety, hyperactivity and and and, and found visualisation etc more helpful. which comment belongs not on the med board ...

lorazepam helps me sometimes to calm down enough so i can do the most effective visualisation etc ...

WEll Michael,
I have feared fear, and walked around with impending doom, for over 6 years now. Best meds? Other than anti-anxiety, i use clonazepam, nothing yet, still trying, Parnate now, just upped to 30 mg. I think there is alot of research needed to be done in this area, but I can certainly relate.
I will keep you posted.
