Ginko Biloba safe with NARDIL?

Anorgasmia is back...penis is not wanting to release! Anybody tried this stuff? Is it allowed with Nardil?

Please, my penis is crying for help!

Yes it is probably safe, although don't recomend it.

For it to work it needs to be taken on a daily basis. Ginkgo has many psychological effects including slightly increasing the reputake of serotonin. It also modulates the 5ht2a receptor which gives it the ability to reduce sexual function.

It certainly improved sex and sleep for me, but it made me somewhat more depressed.

A standardized 40 mg extract 3 times per day.

Standardized to contain 24% flavo-s and 6% terpene lactones.

I'm not touching it- I read an article at Pubmed saying the addition of it to Nardil can completely abolish the therapeutic effects of Nardil. Yikes!

I'm not risking Nardil for my penis! Full stop. Full stop again!.

It is a pretty good idea to stay away from ginkgo when on an MAOI, i imagine, but the mechanism of action for ginkgo-biloba induced vasodilation is the same as that of aspirin and fish oils, that is, inhibition of platelet-activating factor.

I would be pretty surprised if fish-oil reversed the effects of Nardil, and there have been studies supporting use for impotence.
