does fish oil work for SP?

can anybody tell me your experiences with fish oil
helping with your SP????
by the way , what brand of fish oil do you recomend me? I need and intenational brand because im not from USA , Im from Mexico.
I have seen only one brand at GNC(EPA-1000)

Cologne or deodorant tends to do better in having others want to approach you...

Since adding 6g of fish oil to my regiment I feel very calm infront of people. I have started to just join people in the middle of a conversation not necessicarily to talk but just to join the atmosphere.

dopamine has plays a strong role in socal interaction, this is often overlooked
when ssri's are prescribed. (And possibly why
nardil works so well)
