I did some researching on presorn.com, Zoloft seems to be the most potent seratonin med out of the ssri's.
i like the commercial also.Im currently on remeron and xanax for insomnia anxiety and depression.
my next run looks like
zoloft
klonopin
ambien
neruonitin

Fyi, the selectivity for serotonin for Zoloft relative
to the others Paxil,Celexa,Prozac,etc. *will not*
make a difference in the probabilities that you
tolerate the med or it works for you.Other meds like Effexor,Wellbutrin,Serzone
and Remeron, which have *substantially* different chemical
activity are more likely to show a different response profile,
should you switch.good luck,
