Does Dothiepin work on just norepinephrine, like desipramine or maprotiline? Or is it a dual reuptake inhibitor like imipramine or venlafaxine? {I've been on it for 11 days, along with mianserin and amisulpride}.

That's a very interesting combination. It sounds pretty good. Good luck with it. I think it is pretty similar to the other tertiary tricyclics in that it does offer some inhibition of the reuptake of 5-HT along with NE.
Something I came across a few days ago sparked my interest in dothiepin, but I can't remember exactly what. I wish I could remember where I saw it.
Ok. Found it.
I was interested in it because it was reported to be an antagonist at the 5-HT2 receptor.
