does anyone know anything about this?

My sister is taking Luvox and swears that it is causing her pain in her uterine/cervical areas. She says when she first started the med, she had an ache, or pain in those areas, which eventually seems to have dissipated. Then it became necessary to up her dose, which brought back the pain. She is wondering whether SSRIs can have side effects like this for women. How do SSRIs affect menstrual function and the like? Do any of the drugs have dangers with respect to this?

Any info would be of help.
