Pain on the left side of my chest

Posted by Ranjith Mandala on November 29, 2000, at 0:32:08

Hi,

Since past 3 days i am experiencing
constant pain in my chest, and it
increases with physical activity.
Sometimes slight laughter also
increases it.

I shall appreciate if anyone can
let me know if this is dangerous.
What should i do to prevent this.

Thanks,
Ranjith

Sure it could be dangerous, especially if you've
been involved in some activity that could crack a rib. Possibly it's just a pulled muscle, but you should see a doctor just in case. See one immediately if you have trouble breathing.
