Now that bethanechol is no longer being manufactured, is there something else that can reduce the anticholinergic side effects of antidepressants?

It isn't? Wow, I still have an unfilled script for it from when I was taking nortriptyline.
I don't know what a good choice would be; is pilocarpine ever used, I wonder?

I don't know if these are anticholinergics, but people have mentioned doxazosin and flomax for urinary hesitancy and impotence caused by tightened genital muscles.
