late onset of side effects?

I've been on 225mg of effexor for about 9 months.
The first few months I experienced some mild side effects,
but they have all gone away. In the past two months I
have missed my period. I heard that amennorhea (missed
periods) can sometimes be a side effect of taking antidepressants,
and am wondering if this may be the cause. I have taken
two pregnancy tests and both have been negative. I am also
on the bc pill. All my periods up to this point have been
regular. I am 25 years old. I will go to the doctor, but
if anyone has any input, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
