Celexa dosage (what's high?)

I am currently on 40 mgs. of Celexa. Anybody on a higher dosage? What are the side-effects? (I used to be on 80 mgs of prozac, so high doses are the usuual coarse for me -- is this because I'm a "fast metabolizer" as my doctor suggests or that I'm really messed up???)
