I am a little concerned about celexa and the time i should take it. I drive for a living and am wondering about the side effects. Can anyone help??

Hi Scott well Celexa does affect each person differently
like all the other SSRI's it can cause drowsiness, constipation
or diarrhea. Just mainly depends on the person. You may want
to wait till you have a weekend to start it to see. Dr. Bob
has a page on it on the web site. It can probably tell you
more of the side effects. Since you drive for a living it
may be best to see how it effects you before you have to hit
the road.

Hi Scott. I would definitely be sure to take it at night, just before you go to sleep, as it does make me drowsy. But the drowsiness does seem to dissipate with time. I've been on Celexa since February, and am doing really well on it. Good luck to you.
