human gonadotropic hormone used for psych med?

Posted by celticqn on April 10, 1999, at 18:06:46

Greetings all, as you can tell, I'm new here... thank you for the forum Dr. Bob! I have been asked to research Human Gonadotrpic Hormone as a pshychothereputic medication, and can find nothing on the net related to this function. I have found more than enough information on the fertility issue, but nothing about it's function as a potential psych med. Can anyone tell me if there is a site that has this kind of info, or if anyone here uses this particular med? I know that there is another name for it, too... just can't recall it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!! CelticQn

Thank you Steve, I am aware of the research going on... I'd like to know if there has been anything printed, that I might read? Do you know if there is a website or someplace I can find copy? Thanks, again, CelticQn

I imagine that elevating leutinizing hormone (LH)will stimulate the Leydig cells in Testosterone (T) production. (Males) Hence, an elevation in (T)especially in (T) deficient men would greatly enhance lean body mass, energy, and well-being. However, if this drug has any other properties as a psychotropic I'm unaware. Try Mesomorphosis.com they are experts in hormonal manipulation. Hope this helps.
