>> I now take Celexa. Have taken Buspar with
Paxil. Found the buspar helpful in anxiety.
It also has the advantage that it is not
addictive. Now, I take Ativan, infrequently,
when I get really anxious. It helps me tremendously.

Same thing for me, terrible insomnia with Celexa. I now take it in the morning, and am only on 10 mg, after about 10 days. I hope it works. I don't know if I can get up to 40 mg. Does it have any help at 10mg. for anyone, or 20mg.? How long does it take before it really works? How do you know it is working?

The first three nights I took Celexa, I couldn't sleep. Tried it in the morning after that, which was fine. Unfortunately, after 3 months on it and up to 30 mg., I have had to go off due to severe intestinal problems. I have no large intestine so, I guess most people wouldn't be so affected like I have been.
