Sleep disordered

Hi all! In a previous thread I solicited for advice on sleeping. Well, my psych. doc is carting me off to a sleep disorders clinic prior to exploring furthur psychopharmicological solutions for my problems....anxiety, depression, sleeplessness...only catch is the first available appointment isn't for 8 weeks.....how does one survive on so little sleep for so long? We'll find out. Thanks for the insights!!! Shell

Call you doc a demand meds for 8 weeks prior to the studies (which are a good idea) Does he know you have to wait 8 wks ? You may need to stop meds sometime b4 the studies but even a week of good sleep would be a good help.

Thanks James. I will talk to her about getting the sleep clinic scheduled sooner when she is next in her office. Whoa! I have a strange feeling I slept last night. She gave me an unending supply of Restoril to get me through while I wean off Halcion. :) Thanks again, James. Shell
