I have been depressed for three months. I tried Paxil and got no releif after 2 weeks at which time I saw a PsycDr. He put me on Celexa(40mg) and Dexedrine(20mg) to boost energy. It has been 6 weeks. The Dexedrine gives me the jitters and over a weeks time loses its effect of well-being. I then have to cease taking for a couple days and then resume to get good effects. This past week I went without because of this cycling. But without the Dexedrine I felt awful and of course very tired. I told my Dr the Celexa did not seem to be having any effect. He said I needed to give it 8 weeks. I would love any experienced advice!!!!!!!!!!
