It was a particularly crappy day. I am however in the process of setting some serious limits for myself in terms of how much I will do. I tend to get really invested and then ultimately resentful. I'm going to be a bit more selfish from now on. Yes, we can really spend so much of our lives at work, sometimes I can't put it out of my mind very easily.
