count the cost before doing anything but some are:

1. reanalyze your current job to see if anything can b done to make it better, chk w/ management about career advancement, taking on other more meaningful work,

2.start looking for something better

3. see how personal life may be making your job draining if at all.

4. take some time out for yourself to reanalyze your life situation and assess things to which need further care and looking into so you can put things in order and make it work best for you.
