Why do i want to be successful in career but slack

Im really bad, i want to get a big job, but i just, i cant focus, i dont know how to explain it.
I've got to go out there and make sales, and appointments! apppontments appoinments appointments!
I dont know how to really see life in controlled way. I see it as hecktic and very distorted and complicated!
Anyway, should i go to some hypnotist? make me work work work.
