And naturally I have mixed feelings about that.
My kneejerk response was "Wait. That's mine! And if you do it you won't do it the way I like it done, and it will mess me up next time I do it."
Then a second response of "Wait. I'll never do it again, so it doesn't matter if they don't do it my way."
Then a third response of "Well, ok, I did want them to take some of my work. But maybe not without telling me first?"
And a fourth response of "On the other hand, that's what giving away work means. It means that I am no longer responsible and don't need to worry about whether or not it's done. They're doing it just right."
And then "But it's MY work."
and so on. :)
Change is kind of hard for me. lol.
