Yeah, I think 3 months is the time it takes for your brain to realize that something's different. There's a really good article on coming off any antidepressants. It says the first 3-18 months are the most unstable. But to get through them, basically:

-alkalanize your system (avocados, tomatoes, green veg etc. No spicy, acidic foods)
-don't use any artifical supplements (vitamins, st. john's wort etc)
-no caffeine or sugar (like what you're doing)
- rest your nervous system (no vigorous excercise, scary movies, loud noises, bright lights etc)
