I realize that these posts are quite old..however, for anyone reading...I weaned off of 100mg Zoloft with some really bad side effects; to include brain zaps, severe anger, nausea, dizziness. I started taking 5-htp and b-12 and it seemed to make these things tolerable...i've been off of the meds for 8 days now...still having mild zaps with a little dizziness...but for the most part the other stuff has gone away. Without the extra help I don't think I could have d one it.
