Effexor Withdrawel

Hi,

I am really scared. I was put on effexor for hot flashes a year ago. It has not helped and I decided I wanted to go off of it. I see my doctor on Wedensday and I was going to talk with her about it. I had no idea of the withdrawl symptoms until I googled it this morning. Can anyone give me some good advice on how to start this. I am on 75 milligrams a day.
