I have been completely off Lexapro for 2 weeks now. I did taper off for a month before that. At first I was a little dizzy and I could stand that. Now when I try to sleep it is like there is electricity or jittery feelings running all over my body and I have to get up. I am having mini panic attacks all day long now. I am exhausted and I hope all of this is the withdrawal and I am not actually going crazy. How long does the withdrawal last...at least give me an average!!!!!!! Am I nuts?
