If I were in your shoes I would definitely get back on it, stabilize, and then begin a long slow taper down. Risperdal has been stimulating your dopamine system. Take away that dopamine stimulation suddenly or too fast and bad news can expected.
Risperdal has a way of raising prolactin levels, which is probably the cause of the sexual probs.
I had that happen to me when I tried amisulpride years ago.Zyprexa does not do that though. Another option might be to switch straight over to zyrexa, and then taper off of it. Since it comes in pills, you can cut to custom sizes for micro-weaning down.
