well, i have eight hours before i have to go back to work. i've been taking lots of caffeine doing the night shift...what do you all suggest?
i took half a benedryl and some valerian. drank lots of water and milk. but if the caffeine's in my blood i guess i just have to be patient...
really i wish i wasn't taking anything right now, caffeine included...i'm just out of sorts...
