I've got nearly 3 years (in April)
My gmail id is the same as my sign on name. I'm not sure how good I'd be as a sponsor, but I know what you're going through.
And Dee is wrong - it's a whole lot fresher with her, so she can be a valuable help, too. Time under your belt isn't the only criteria for good sponsorship.
