Thanks for the followup but the tylenolpm does nothing--it hqas benadryl and do not fall asleep on even 100mg of Benadryl. I did try trazadone once but it also did not maintain my sleep. Seroquel works but I refuse to be on antiphsycotic again.Thanks for input, though
