So it's easy to see how many people got vaccines from a vial -- yes?
And there is no reason or excuse for their to be 2 vials remaining at end of the day because 'extra doses' were given out of some vials (or extra saline was administered we can't tell).
Yeah right.
None of this sounds or seems particularly plausible to me.
If there are things I don't know... But they aren't doing a good job of explianing that's for sure...
