I came across it recently. Perhaps reading about him. Something to do with a fading or softening?
That was recorded in Manhattan, I read.
He must have had a strange life. Born blind, described as a 'shy blind boy', with quite sharp opinions (I read), but disinclined to state then publicly, famous but died with inadequate health care, which is not uncommon with them.
He may have been the dummer on this.

Which also at the beginning features then PM Bob Hawke (pretty good by today's standards) who, I recall, was going to introduce an emissions control whatever it is or was called (one does forget) in 1988, would you believe.
