I guess it's sort of like yelling "FIRE" in a crowded movie theater.
Perhaps it is a little like crying "WOLF".
People here want to help as much a possible and become emotionally invested in the welfare of others. You wouldn't want to desensitize people in such a way so that they not be able to tell the difference between a submission for the sake of creativity and an urgent call for help.
