i have developed a fondness for watching other people play computer games.

depending on who the person is, of course.

i get about as much enjoyment out of it as i do playing the game myself. more enjoyment if they are better at the game than me, even.

i also watch tv series... Currently Bones. Not sure how I missed that one. Previously... Doc Martin. Game of Thrones. Orange is the New Black...

i like to read. I'm reading Frankenstein at the moment... I have a bit of an obsession with dystopia...

i like to go to seminars. I have been enjoying going to a lot of different seminars this semester. From different departments. Interesting. Different methodology and so on...

i have just (this very day) discovered a whole weightlifting gym with an eleiko women's barbell etc... really very excited about that... they are currently redoing all the platforms etc... just... amazed...

i have been cultivating an interest in ion channels and various membrane proteins. it is... good for me... an acquired taste... one can hope...

star trek? maybe... I watched a couple episodes last night... maybe i'll become a trekkie... after bones...
