For about 30 years I did all the cooking while a room full of step children and in laws sat in the next room. I was only going to see my uncle and couldn't hack it. I think it was accumulated stress being released.
I called my mum and had her tell my uncle (yes I called another country and had momma call her brother 4 miles away from me). I have been doing well otherwise.
I am kind of fumbling through the use of alternate substances because I will have a lapse of psychiatric care. I'm continuing phone therapy with my old T. Having hired a car for a short while, I know that I need mine from Florida as soon as I can make the cross country trip.
I'm pretty weary. It just feels like I need a lot of time to heal.
