Could this be feeling more overwhelmed than avoidant?

For me, avoidant usually carries some negative psychological connotations like 'you really should but you are avoiding for
obscure, complex, rooted-in-childhood reasons just sub-threshold beyond your control but you really ought to do something about it.'

Maybe you just have too much to do.

And not near enough downtime :-(

And too many people saying, 'you should!'


Look at the stars/
See how they shine for you/
And everything you do/
And they was all yellow..../
