I've been thinking about maybe some way's of improving oursevles to share a common vision and belief that we will all get better. I'm thinking ... but try to see you life in diffrent phases and see what things improved your life and what things caused the quality of life to go down.

Listen people we can make out lives better with the awareness of knowing how our problems surface and how they operate. I'm looking on how to help you and other people. My example, sometimes I think that I can't function without stimualants and express my ideas in in chaotic writings to ask for help and people don't understand how to help me because I don't understand how to express myself properly to other. Listen there is a light, and what ever darkness is going in your life. Just have it deep in your heart of your recovery plan, and know how your illness causes you to become handicapped then try to outsmart it and know how it works to make you miserable. Like playing chess, outsmart your illness!

I thought I had a devine speech but it kinda crashed and burned.

Let's not look down, let's look to eachother for hope because if you really believe, there will be some results.

Matt
